One taste of these, and you'll think they fell straight from Heaven. They are inspired by wonderful pizzeria in The Unique Dining Capital of Texas called Brix. I make these a shade different from Brix because I use sweet potato fries instead regular fries, and they call them House Fries (but used to call them Hell Fries).
- 1 bag of frozen chipotle sweet potato fries (If you can't find this variety, then just sprinkle them with cajun seasoning when they get out of the oven)
- Block of Gorgonzola cheese
- Tabasco Hot Sauce
On a side note, I will tell you that if all you find are Gorgonzola crumbles, go ahead and grate them because otherwise you'll burn your sweet potatoes waiting for the crumbles to melt.
Sprinkle your fries with Tobasco, and enjoy while they're warm! They go great with a black bean burger. Enjoy!
